Time for some coffee! It's a blustery day that's for sure. I am buried... not in snow, but in homework. Gordon's Functional Health Patterns, Papers due, Discussions to post, and assessments to prep for!! I have to squeeze in time for working out, cleaning out my car, ordering Christmas cards, and applying for scholarships. I got this!
This weekend was a busy one, Bowl For Kid's Sake went great. I acquired the lowest score, no tears were shed ;-) Saturday at work was a long one. I'm not getting my needed sleep and I'm getting crabby. Saturday night I went to Kiralee's Birthday party at Blondie's in Bigfork. It was fun, but I was kinda worn out from the fun! Below is a picture of Marla and I... dolled up, for me this never happens.
We made it home early that night, I think I hit the sheets by 11 and it felt amazing! Sunday was slightly better at work, but still tired. I came home last night and curled in my blankets to keep warm. I talked to my best friend Brittany for about an hour. I miss her face! I get to see her in about 2 weeks over Thanksgiving and I can't wait! It's going to be bundles of fun! When Marnie got home last night she smuggled me into going to a movie called Immortals... my last words "That was the best movie ever!" and it really was. It was in 3D which I could have gone without, but I loved the movie. I'm starting to think I have a niche' for mythology. Everytime I watch a movie about mythology I'm fascinated!
I think I'm going to try a new technique for working out at the gym, I want to try a couple weeks of just cardio and see where it gets me. I will do 15 minutes at a time on a machine and switch to another one so I'm not always working the same machines. I got advice from a girl who said that lifting weights can sometimes be too much as you only build muscle and gain weight instead of losing fat. So I'm going to try it. Ok well I have to get off here... homework is calling me!!!
